Toddly - I think i vaguely remember you not being into Floyd - although I don't think knew the reason. I guess that means you can ride in a car with me - cause it's a no Floyd zone. and yes - pop rock with an accent.. ha ha! Poprocks! mmmm poprocks are good - me like poprocks. Poprocks and coke! according to legend, they make your head explode.

poprocks ROCK (ha ha)
I've had poprocks many a ways, and none will make your head explode, or your stomach etc... mmm I love strawberry poprocks.
It is possible (pop rocks and beer) to give yourself nasty heartburn the next day, but I think cheap beer just does that in general.

I hang around some people that are into the hardcore scene and they think metal heads are pretty hilarious too.

I saw something just as funny as seeing people dress up totally hard core. Last night I was at starbucks (and let me tell you - I live in an area that there are farmers and a lot of country... ) but this couple came in.. Stetson hats, wranglers, justin boots, cowboy up/cowgirl up shirts and buckles the size of licence plates...
This was beyond country - this was *Hollywood Goat Ropers* as we call them. I had my friends little boy on my lap and he looks at me and says - look at the cowboy costume!!!

as for my despisement of Floyd...it's all those jerks wanted to listen to and those that didn't want to.......had to anyway............when you hear the wall album an average of twice a day everyday for 6 months straight..you would tend to hate it too..I won't go intot the details of where I was at the time (wasn't a jail or JDC though) but I will say this......the other kids there......were worse off than i was........and floyd only seemed to depress the *EXPLETIVE DELETED* out of me to the point where I wanted to kill them.........

I've had similar experiences with the Beatles that make it impossible for me to like 'em.

Hey Todd. May be a little late to bring this up but...
Your hate of all things Floydian... Does that extent to their earlier psychadelic stuff? I can't imagine anyone getting depressed while listening to songs such as "Bike" and "Arnold Layne".
