Yeah, thats a good point man. Thanks for that. Thanks for everyone's encouragement as well, it means alot especially seeing as I have been a bit low and finding myself a bit depressed at the moment. Life can get a bit crappy at times but it is still so much better having the Lord on our sides

I have been coming along to watch a few of Scourged Flesh's rehearsals and I have definitely noticed an improvement in their song writing, timing and sound as a whole! I think the next album is gonna be awesome, regardless of how and when it gets recorded . zooba, I hear your bro is looking at getting an electric. Perhaps you could get one also and then your parents will have to deal with the two of you at once. mwahahaha (evil laugh). Either that or you could look into taking up bass , those bass frequencies are better for cracking the foundation of your house than guitar. But then again, I'm not sure if your parents would appreciate that lol. Simon

All the guys from GF did some vocals, so I don't see why you can't sing some lines on your album. After all death metal isn't supposed to be pleasant to listen to

Hey guys. No clean vocals aye? TOO BAD!!! ;D only joking, I don't think we have any clean vocals anyway. One of our songs did have a part for our Mum to sing a bit but we don't know if she's doing it. By the way, good news. We have booked in to record a demo in August. I got the confirmation from the producer yesterday. Barring anything bad from happening we should have the demo done by September. Of course it won't be anything special because we are only spending 4 days on it. We are aiming on having 5-6 songs on the demo. We will probably have 13-14 songs for the next full length album so we aren't even recording half for the demo. Set list should be: 1. Eternal Affliction 2. Internal Bleeding 3. Ashes To Hell 4. Washed In Blood 5. Death Is Silent(? might be getting confused witht this song title?) 6. Judgement Returns Well, some of you will get your wish of hearing more SF material this year, God willing.

If you are having that many tracks you could call it an EP rather than a demo perhaps?
Will Todd be doing the bass if nothing else comes up?

Whats the difference between a demo and a EP? We won't be having this "demo or EP" released on Rowe Productions. It will just be a pretty quick and junky job for people to get a idea of the direction we have headed since Released. Does the difference between a demo or EP count on how many songs we have? I have never known what the difference is. haha. And yes, Toad will do bass if nothing comes up.

I've always looked at it in terms of producation and number of songs.
A demo has from 1-4 songs and poor production, but still gives a taste for the band. An EP (Extended Play) has 4+ tracks but less than an LP (Long Play) but with decent production, almost up to standard with a full length alubm.
Thats how i see it anyway

Well, our full length album had poor production anyways. I think we will be doing a demo because the production won't be any good on the next small recording. We are only spending 4 days on it. It all comes down to how much time is spent on a recording. Sure, we are recording in a proper studio but even with the best technology in the world, you still can't do the best recording in a short amount of time. Especially the mixing and mastering, thats what makes the album really good We will do the best we can but it definitely won't be any better than Released so don't expect too much.
