you're complaining that TOO MANY of your favourite bands tour each year?!?? lol. Case in point - Satriani is touring Australia again soon. or should I say, touring Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne before ignoring the rest of the whole country and scurrying off home. Um... Satch is actually playing Metro's Freo in July

Zooba i ain't complaining lol just saying it can be expensive.
I think it is awesome that everyone comes here to brisbane...Though i had to miss the donnas recently as well.
To be fair though recently i have been spending more money on my house getting our gardens established so come next year i will be in a position to spend more on entertainment.

oh btw, my ticket arrived in the mail today ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) . It came with a receipt attached to it which I have no idea if I'm to keep it attached or not. Also it says something about free transperth travel...I have no idea how that works. The receipt is exactly that... don't really need to keep it, although I do, just in case the ticket gets lost, you can at least prove that you bought it.. As for the Free Transperth thing, it works exactly like a bus/train ticket. Just get on the transperth vehicle, and if a guard accosts you, show 'em the ticket and they'll leave you alone. ;D Btw, is there any Sepultra/Soulfly/Cavalera stuff that anybody can recommend? The biggest reason that I'm not really fussed about seeing them is that I'm really unfamilar with their stuff.... ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png)

Wait, I retract that statement.... I just remembered (via Wiki), that they were touring with Kisschasey, and they did indeed come to Perth..... guess I just forgot about it ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png)

I've only heard Roots, and I've got a copy of Arise. Sweet artwork on that one.

Just an FYI, today I stumbled across some bootleg videos from the Nostradamus tour on youtube...I won't post any links lest I invoke the wrath of the Rowland, but you can search for them yourselves at your own leisure ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

well, I found the official video clip to the track 'War' off Nostradamus on Youtube. I actually quite like the song but that video must have been designed by Rob Halford because its totally gay www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIev4bPXkCM

No more Cavalera Conspiracy.

oh well...I thought their album was awful, so I'm not too fussed about that...but aussie band Daysend has pulled out aswell which I am more upset about coz I bought their debut album and it is fabulous.. So both the original opening acts are gone..I wonder if they will get anyone else at short notice or if Priest will just play for the whole evening ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) EDIT: Oh I see, it says on their myspace that they wanted to play but the powers that be changed their minds and decided that they weren't the right band to open for Priest and so forced them to pull out...like I said I think they suck so I'm not too fussed, but what about all those fans who bought tickets just to see Cavalera Conspiracy who weren't interested in seeing Priest? It would be like if Virgin Black pulled out of the Opeth tour at the last minute.
