just for a bit more food for thought, I recommend doing a study on the role of Jesus in the creation.
Here's something (my notes in brackets) to get you started:
John 1:1-5 1 In the beginning was the Word (Jesus), and the Word was with God (in heaven), and the Word was God (because Jesus is one with the Trinity). 2 He was with God in the beginning (re-iteration of verse 1). 3 Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made (Jesus is the One who did the work of creation on behalf of the Father, God Almighty). 4 In Him was life, and that life was the light of men (Light is an analogy of life; therefore Jesus gives life to all mankind. Jesus also called Himself "the Life"). 5 The light shines in the darkness (Life is a witness of God’s creative power shown to unbelievers who are the darkness), but the darkness has not understood it (unbelievers don’t understand how Jesus can create and sustain the universe).
Hebrews 1:1-3 1 In the past (Old Testament) God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets (by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, also known as the Spirit of Christ later) at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son (Jesus), whom He appointed Heir of all things (Jesus will rule over all in the Millennium), and through Whom He made the universe (God made the universe through Jesus). 3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being (Jesus is just like God and shows His glory), sustaining all things by His powerful Word (maintaining the existence of the universe by means of His Word, which has power to create, maintain, heal and destroy). After He had provided purification for sins (on the cross), He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty (God the Father) in heaven.
Genesis 1:26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our own image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
John 8:27-29 27 They did not understand that He (Jesus) was telling them about His Father (God Almighty). 28 So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man (crucified Jesus), then you will know that I AM (this means “I am the eternal God”), and do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught Me.” 29 The One Who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do what pleases Him.”

To the verses you have quoted I would also add Colossians 1:15-17 "15He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17He is before all things, and in him all things hold together."

I didn't read all posts in this thread, but I'd say God is 1.
Adonai Echad.
