I once took the next day off work following a kiss concert.
Looking back i wouldn't do it again for any band as the way i see it now to me it is like having a public holiday to honor them.
I used to come close to worshiping kiss until i kind of met them at their hotel and saw first hand just how arrogant Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons can be(for the fans blah blah).
I am glad i had that experience though as it bought me back to earth so now i won't and don't give anyone or anybody of that status the esteem.
Getting back to the topic at hand i didn't end up going to see Priest unfortunately so i hope you folks enjoy.

ok, so we should probably get around working out when to meet up and such. Anyone interested in meeting up for dinner before hand?
Actually, I should give the V man a ring, see if he wants to car pool.

According to Challenge Stadium's website, doors open @ 6:30, opening bands start @ 7, Priest is on @ 8:30.
Personal Cameras are allowed (W00t!!), and parking in the car park costs $5. I'm guessing they charge parking to these events to stop everyone from trying to park there and causing complete bedlam... I'm looking on Google Maps now to see if theres any parking nearby and we can just walk...I think there is a small shopping centre with a Hungry Jacks nearby if memory serves...
Hmmm, I'm not finding anything within realistic walking distance... and the public transport route to challenge stadium from my house is very circuitous...I might have to get there at like 5:30 to get parking and pay the $5.
