It is with sadness that we announce Vaughan, Elias, Matt and Dave are quitting Grave Forsaken. The load has been getting heavy, and these four need to move on to different musical challenges. Elias in particular is keen on pursuing his interest in traditional Finnish folk guitar, and will be releasing a solo album entitled "Traditional Finnish Folk Guitar with Shreds", while Vaughan is finally getting around to his Ziggy Stardust inspired "Milky Moonwalker" side project. "Milky Moonwalker" is a story about an alien who comes to Earth and becomes a rock star. It ends in tragedy when Milky dies from excess. Songs include "10 years", "Suffragette Town" and "Starperson".
Grave Forsaken will continue however - new member Mark Robertson will be taking over the band. Mark will compose and perform the entire follow up to This Day Forth. It will be an exciting and dynamic release, steeped in Grave Forsaken tradition. Just talking to Mark yesterday he told me he had come up with "at least 5 or 6 killer riffs". We are very lucky to have someone of Marks calibre take over the band. Most of you will be familiar with his work in his previous bands "The Flower That Kills" and "Dealing With The Deadly".
Because Mark can't drum and play guitar at the same time, all Grave Forsaken touring will be put on hold until March 2022, giving Mark to the time to focus on his studio work.

well, he didn't last too long. pressure get to him? I heard he had inner conflicts and disagreed with himself and decided to leave. You can probably catch it when the "Behind The Music" VH1 crew is done taping.
