Ok guys, we're all geared up to start doing the CO podcast again, the only thing Im wondering though is the legality of playing music on the show. Since the podcast can technically be downloaded, I dont know if that breaks any copyright laws or not. If any of you guys know, let me know. Thanks -Dan

Might be an idea to ask Dale and James, as they have had plenty of experience with online radio. I have a feeling that it would infringe some laws though.

right, well I know we can play what we want if its a broadcast because people cant download it, and most of the stuff we would play would be underground enough not to catch the attention of the RIAA. I might consider just calling James and seeing if we could do a CO spot on Open Grave Radio. Open Grave is cool, they do so much for Christian metal even though they arent a Christian label.

Hey, I've got Skype. I downloaded it so I could work with a friend on the other side of the country on a studio project... never happened, and I never ended up using Skype.

I do think James is still in charge of what comes on the radio and what doesn't but I'm not sure

I'm not sure either, but what I do know is OGR is moving operations to California. One coast to the other.
